May 1, 9:00AM-May 1, 12:30PM : Imaging mass spectrometry with Cardinal
Description
For the first time, we are offering a 1/2 day workshop on computational and statistical analysis for imaging mass spectrometry, including both DESI-imaging and MALDI-imaging. This workshop is designed for scientists with some exposure to R, who are interested in analyzing mass spectrometry experiments using the R-based software Cardinal.
Target audience
- Biologists, chemists, bioinformaticians, computer scientists, data scientists, statisticians, engineers, who are comfortable with basics of R, and interested in working with Cardinal.
